whattheaisays.com ("the Site") is operated by The Aslan Group LLC. By using the Site or purchasing a service you agree to these terms.

What we sell

Measurement and optimization work relating to how AI assistants describe and recommend businesses. Deliverables are described on the pricing page. We sell work and measurement. We do not sell, promise or guarantee any ranking, mention or recommendation by any AI engine, search engine or platform. AI answers change and no one controls them.

Payments and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the paid period. The $149 report fee is credited toward a monthly plan started within 30 days of report delivery. Founding-member pricing on the Done-For-You monthly plan is available for subscriptions started on or before September 15, 2026 and applies automatically at checkout; the founding rate is kept for as long as that subscription remains active without interruption.

The 14-day guarantee

Monthly plans: if you cancel within 14 days of your first charge on a plan, we refund that charge in full, no questions and no forms; emailinfo@theaslangroupllc.com from your purchase email. The guarantee applies once per business per plan and covers the first charge only; later renewals follow the normal cancel-anytime rule above. Visibility Report: if we do not deliver your report within 48 hours of your completed intake, it is free. Site builds: you can request a full refund any time before your new site goes live.

Coupon codes

Coupon codes give you a discount that is shown at checkout before you pay, whether the code is applied through a link or entered on the checkout page. A code changes your price, never your deliverables. Discounts do not stack: when a promotional price such as the founding rate applies, you get the better price and the code discount is not added on top. Some codes are distributed by independent representatives who are compensated by us when their code is used; a code being available does not constitute an endorsement by the representative of any specific outcome.

The free scan

The free scan queries third-party AI services live and reports their answers verbatim. Those answers are generated by third parties; we do not create, endorse or verify them. Scan volume is limited per user per day.

Liability

The Site and services are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Aslan Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
